Una collaborazione ormai pluricollaudata, quella tra Fred Perry e Raf Simons. Il designer belga, particolarmente legato all’ispirazione data dalle subculture giovanili, riprende i capi icona del brand britannico reinterpretandoli secondo il suo uso distintivo di forme e colori. Ed ecco la polo: in leggero piquè, appena fittata, con colletto e pattina a contrasto, mentre i bottoni si ingrandiscono fino a diventare elemento decorativo; l’effetto è pulito e moderno.

The belgian designer, particularly attached to inspiration given by the youth subcultures, redesigns the iconic garments of the british brand with his distinctive use of shape and colour. And here is the polo-shirt: made in a lightweight piqué, with a slightly fitted shape, with contrasting collar and placket, while the buttons are enlarged to become a decorative element; the effect is clean and modern. “I fantasise about what the future could be in terms of aesthetic and psychology.
